Returns & Exchanges
Indigo Sky NY hopes that you love your purchase! If you should need to return an item, you may, but please be sure to review our return policy in advance.
Regular priced items (*see exceptions) may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items postmarked beyond 14 days will not be accepted for return or refund. We recommend sending your return via registered and insured mail or any method that is trackable. Indigo Sky NY will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent - new, clean, unwashed, unworn, and with the original tags affixed. If the tags have been removed and then reattached in any way, the return will not be accepted. Items damaged due to client negligence will not be accepted. Shoes must be returned in their original box, in new condition, unworn, with no scuffs or evidence of wear.
Please contact us via e-mail at waverlyeast@yahoo.com for a return authorization (RA#) prior to returning an item. If you are requesting an exchange, please let us know at that time. Be sure to include a copy of your original packing list with your item. Your RA# should be written legibly on both the packing list and the box.

Sale items (excluding final sale items) may be returned for store credit only.
All FINAL SALE items are final - no returns or credits.
Special orders and jewelry are not returnable.
Shipping & Handling
Indigo Sky NY makes every effort to ship orders within 48 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday.
ISNY may ship via UPS or USPS (US Postal Service) and are subject to the regulations of these carriers. Note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Within the US, most packages are sent via priority mail, and typically arrive within 2 - 4 days. This is not guaranteed delivery and depending on postal service at any given time it may vary. Express mail service is available within the US. We suggest that you contact us in advance of making your purchase to ensure that we can accommodate your request. If an order is placed late in the day, it is unlikely that we will be able to ship it the same day. International shipments may be sent either first class international or priority mail, depending on destination.
Deliveries generally require a signature. If you have requested 'no signature required', we will not reimburse for lost items.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged only in New York state, where Indigo Sky NY has a physical presence. Sales tax rate varies by locality in NY and is determined by your address.
Item Availability
If, for any reason, we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you via e-mail.
Privacy Statement
We will not sell or share your information with outside companies or third parties.
ISNY accepts Visa and Mastercard. At the time of purchase, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, phone number and e-mail address in order to process your order. Credit card information is collected via a credit card processing service with a secure site. Or, if you choose to pay using PayPal, your credit card information is not shared with us and PayPal handles the security of your information. PayPal customers, please note that we will ship via PayPal and only to your confirmed address in PayPal.
We'd like to include you in our mailing list so that we may provide you with information on new merchandise and sales. At any time, should you like to opt out of future mailings, just let us know.

Whooga Shearling
Product Information & Return/Exchange Policy
Whooga boots will ship directly from Australia within 24-48 hours and typically take 6-14 business days to arrive via standard shipping. They ship via registered service to ensure fast and secure shipping, and it allows the delivery of your boots to be tracked. Some regions may be subject to customs and import fees. Neither Whooga or ISNY can be held responsible for any additional charges or delays due to customs.

As a natural product, sheepskin is prone to stretching within the first few days of wear. Also, Whooga boots are sized to be worn without socks. If your boots feel slightly small it is recommended that you wear them indoors for at least 24 hours and they will stretch to fit your feet. If your boots are still not the correct size after 24 hours then we will be happy to provide an exchange for you. Please contact us to request an RA#. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer & will not be refunded. Items should be sent via a trackable & insured method.
